Roberto's restaurant serves the best gourmet Italian pasta, seafood, steaks, and chops for the discriminating adult palate. Children's menus and high chairs are not available.
Jami and Matt’s Story
Jami and Matt Hines started the acquisition of Roberto’s in August of 2022. As restauranteurs they have started restaurants from scratch, operated and sold establishments. Matt had always had the dream of owning a fine dining establishment and when the opportunity to purchase what he believes is one of the best in town he couldn’t resist. The legacy that Roberto Zanti had built is exactly what Matt and Jami envisioned. Matt had been dining with Roberto for over 20 years and he and Jami had been having dinner on Wednesday nights at the bar for 10 years. Over close conversation between Matt and Roberto the decision was made that Matt and Jami were the perfect choice to carry out the Legacy Roberto had built. Since taking ownership Matt and Jami have lived up to their promise to Roberto. The quality, service and atmosphere live on.
